Clarifications of HR Specialization

      Unlike Finance guys, the journey of HR students towards their dream jobs is slightly time taking. 
Constraints:
1. Typically, in any Company, we would fine 3 to 5 member HR team

2. They hardly change their jobs and hence there won't be much replacement demand

3. On the other hand, around 10000 to 2000 HR students join the markets. 
There is no way, industry can come out with so may openings. 

Hence, we suggest you will have to be practical and take a decisive step

1. Join placement Consultancy Companies in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai. We believe there would be around 2000 HR Consultancy Companies

2. Each company can accommodate around 4 to 8 HR trainees, every year

3. You should be prepared to join for a salary of around 7000 per month

4. Be prepared that you will take 2 to 3 years to get into any MNC as a HR executive. So, focus more on your learning in Naukri/Monster Search Tools, Sourcing, Temp Staffing, Your Language Skills, Induction Process, Hands on experience on preparing offer letters, relieving letters, completing joining formalities, resignation processes etc.

5. In 3 years, your salary would go upto 15K to 18K, depending on your performance. 

       Now, in these 2/3 years, as a HR Consultant, you would get an opportunity to speak and work with 10 to 20 HR Managers. If you do a good job, one of them will offer a good job. But, it would surely happen. It's just a matter of time and your commitment. 

     Take a realistic view and be prepared to live with the market realities. Start searching for good HR Consultancy Companies instead of browsing jobs in MNC Companies. 

     If you are a B-School Students and If you believe you have good communication skills, then scout for jobs in Companies like - Kelly Services, Adecco, ABC, Mafai-Ranstad, TMI Networks etc. They would offer 18 to 25K as a starting package.
